Question by Soy Sauce: Can I build lean muscle mass with body weight excersizes?Is it possible for me to make any noticible gains in muscle mass and strength doing “body weight” excersizes…ie. Verizon FIOS . push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, tri extensions, etc. Atlanta Plumbing . air handling unit . I would also be taking protein supplement in combinations with these work outs.If it is possible please list the various excersizes I can perform to maximize growth and strength or a source I can reference.Best answer:

Question by Dustin B: weight vest and body excersizes to gain muscle mass?For some wierd reason i hate lifting weights dunno why so ive always been into body weight excersizes but its gotten ton the point where i can literally do like 20+ chin ups and 50+ push ups continuously so will gettin a weight vest and doing the same excersizes i do help me gain muscle mass?Best answer:

It could work but you should really look into using free weight. washer machine repair . You’ll much better gains this way.
