Question by GossipGleek: A healthy kid diet (non-eating?)?I am 13 and I think i am a little on the chubbier side. The problem is that all my fat goes to my stomach, not my other parts. Mary Sharp Beaufort . I don’t eat so badly, I eat 100 calorie packs and stuff. I almost NEVER have ice cream. My mom is not a healthy freak, but she buys the healthiest snacks for us, the ones with not so many calories. Its just the way my body works. I think though I may need some more exersize. Try recording the calories of everything you eat in a day. There are a lot of websites that are good to help you if you can’t get the info off the package. You should probably be eating about 1600 to 1900 calories a day, starting as soon as you wake up. Food is energy, when you eat too much energy your body stores it as fat, however if you stop eating, your body will just hang onto the fat so it can conserve energy. Wii fit is a good start but you should get in some activity outside, go for a walk, a run a bike ride, go swimming. San Fernando ADT Security .
